"I don't really know what to think about that," Murray said. "I don't even know. I really don't even know. That's 'How to Lose a Game 101.' I don't know. It was crazy."
Arizona gave up a 21-3 lead to the worst team in football to become the first franchise since the 1970 NFL-AFL merger to lose three straight games on game-winning field goals.
Murray said he has never quite felt like he did after this loss: "This might be No. 1."

Re: Around the League
For the second straight week, and NFL player was about to score a long TD, and fumbled it out of bounds before crossing the goal line, and did it without being touched. Both teams eventually lost the game. I simply can not believe how dumb these guys have to be to continue to allow themselves to make ESPN highlights in this manor. Remember the Husky defender that did that a few years ago in Utah? Sorry, it is just a dumb dumb DUMB thing to do! Dance in the endzone, not at the two yard line!Donn Beach wrote: ↑Mon Oct 06, 2025 6:10 pmKyler Murray"I don't really know what to think about that," Murray said. "I don't even know. Re: Around the League
Travis Hunter really does play both ways in the NFL. I hadn't been paying much attention to know that was a reality.

Yeah, and that is probably going to be the next big thing I guess. I saw where Bayless ripped the Jags for how they are using him. I can see it, he's a guy that could be a difference maker as a wr or a dback, but he is getting part time duty now at both positions and not really making an impact at either of them. I saw too it being suggested woolen try it. He was a wr in college. Maybe Woolen should catching balls instead of trying to defend against it
Re: Around the League
Sure, lets put Woolen in on offense. Probably with the Milroe package. dynamite.Donn Beach wrote: ↑Tue Oct 07, 2025 4:34 amYeah, and that is probably going to be the next big thing I guess. My favorite photo from the ARI/TEN game. Check out the photographer, caught up in the moment.

How about trading for Trey Hendrickson? I wasn't concerned much before the TB game but now that defense looks a player short. They have some nice pieces but how about adding a true edge force, what would that do terms of elevating that defensive line? MM is good at creating a pass rush out of a collection of pretty good pieces, how about adding an elite one? and couldn't that help take the pressure off the secondary? JS is certainly not above making a move like that.

Re: Around the League
Does anyone ever remember a year this wide open? It doesn't seem like there are any elite teams out there this year. No undefeated teams left. only 7 with one loss. Three of those the Hawks played (Pittsburgh, Santa Clara and TB) none of them looked even close to elite. Is there anyone out there that scares you? This seems like a year where a so so team could get on a hot run and win it all.
Re: Around the League
I would agree with that sentiment.
In other news, as per nfl.com:
"Instead of the usual chaos surrounding the Browns' starting quarterback, there's something new going on: a backup QB conundrum.
One day after veteran Joe Flacco was traded to Cincinnati -- a deal that "surprised" coach Kevin Stefanski -- there was no immediate clarity on who will be the team's No. 2 QB behind rookie Dillon Gabriel this Sunday against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Stefanski was not ready to commit to rookie Shedeur Sanders moving up the depth chart. At least that's what he said publicly before Wednesday's practice.
Sanders, who was selected by the Browns after falling from a projected first-round pick into the fifth round in this year's NFL draft, has been inactive for Cleveland's first five games, serving as the emergency quarterback.
It's likely Sanders will start at some point this season as the Browns (1-4) try to end a decades-long search for a franchise QB. There's a vocal segment of Cleveland's fan base clamoring to see if Sanders, who has a strong arm and social media presence, can be that guy."

Re: Around the League
The league is wide open as is the division, and the seahawks seem further along than i expected. These next couple games are going to tell us something. Speaking of Cleveland, that CB swap with Jacksonville could be interesting, seems like it might be possible to take advantage of Newsome being he's only going to have a few days to get situated with the Jags.
