Seriously there probably is a bot somewhere nearly quoting Seth, replying to articles, tweets, etc. More than 50% of internet "engagement" content is from bots (and with Al, the bots are getting better) . People pay for fake followers and engagement to gain real followers and monetization.

Oh, and also, probably plenty of real people on the forum who are Seattle or Toronto or general baseball fans who just like to see what people are saying about the game.
