Unfortunately he's going to stay a huge hole, putting on a Mariner uniform might have pretty much ended his career. His OPS dropped over 200 points after we got him, and he's even worse now that there aren't any palookas out there pitching.

He, Arozarena, Robles, and Canzone just haven't gotten going at all. And there's another guy, Arozarena. Every year in the playoffs with Tampa Bay he crushed the ball, but he puts on a Mariner uniform and look what happens.

I bet the Bluejay fan percentage is a lot higher today. Ticket prices dropped significantly, like below $100 for 100-level seats. That and the current Bluejays momentum probably motivated a lot of people.

Yesterday it seemed like 10 to maybe 20% of the crowd were Bluejays fans, but as the game went on they were loud/happy enough that ithe percentage seemed even higher.
