Definitely. Pretty obvious they're just exterminating the Ukrainian men to make way for the Jews to swoop in and settle.
Ukraine still has a population of 40 million. There definitely are hundreds of thousands (millions?) of people who have been killed, injured, or left the country. But it still seems a far cry from "extermination", don't you think?
Guess we'll see where their numbers are at the end of the war. They're not letting it end so more will die.

~100,000 deaths so far, plus wounded, out of your fighting age men is a gut shot, not an extermination. But they wont be feeling like fighting after the war, and we already see who got sent to their negotiating table.
So, effectively, yes, I think they are exterminating any possible risk of opposition, especially by the time they let peace happen and Blackrock starts their work in Ukraine. They already have CEO Larry Fink at the negotiating table alongside Kushner and two other Jews.
