Re: Playoffs!?
That's how all contracts should be written. Players make more when the team does well.
Re: Playoffs!?
Apparently SEA has been attacking their playoff bye week even though they don't know who they'll be playing. Players are committed to finishing what they've started.
From seahawks.com: "One thing that was different during a bye week was what the Seahawks were actually practicing. Without an opponent to gameplan for, practices were geared more towards competing against each other and toward fine-tuning any parts of their game that needs improvement."
Witherspoon had this to say: "We didn't come this far just to come this far, so we're taking every game serious."

The wit and wisdom of Spoon, my favorite quotable Seahawk. Even if I do have to use the I Speak Jive closed caption feature on my TV.douche wrote: ↑Fri Jan 09, 2026 9:37 pmApparently SEA has been attacking their playoff bye week even though they don't know who they'll be playing. Maybe they should be practicing using hand signals on D so that Nakua isn't running uncovered all over the field next weekend.maoling wrote: ↑Sat Jan 10, 2026 1:27 amThe wit and wisdom of Spoon, my favorite quotable Seahawk. I have no idea how the scoring works. looked at the first couple posts on that and they made no sense to me. feel free to calculate it for me if you like.Sibelius Hindemith wrote: ↑Thu Jan 08, 2026 4:57 amAy bro where's your score from the rookie prediction contest?

Jody is cracking down
If that's for real. I love it!
My dream playoff bye weekend, not including the AFC, because the whole AFC is unworthy this year.
FudgePackers over Bears. Then, Hawks v Fudge next week! Hawks rump-ride Fudge at Lumen!
Niners crushed and humiliated in Philly, like the injured crying prison bitches they are. Shanahan fired, undergoes gender-reassignment.
Lambs over Panthers with controversy. So Philly can humiliate the Lambs the weekend following.
Then Philly v Hawks at Lumen for a trip to the SB.
Um, finally, Hawks to the SB, where we hoist The Lombardi on the Niners' home field. I collect my nearly 2K winnings in casino bets I drunkenly made last May, after a bizarre encounter with a tiny Cambodian priestess woman.
Then, payoff! I start partying with some hot babes, cool bud and tasty waves, just like in Jeff Spicoli's slacker dream.

Re: Playoffs!?
He must play at least 70% of the snaps in playoff games ..." for them to win, period. guaranty it aint happening with Drew Lock at QB against any remaining playoff team not from the state of Carolina.douche wrote: ↑Fri Jan 09, 2026 7:06 pm
If the Seahawks win in the divisional round, Darnold's $500,000 for making the playoffs turns into $1 million. If Seattle wins the conference championship, he will make $1.5 million instead. A Super Bowl victory? Darnold's bonus rises to $2.5 million. He must play at least 70% of snaps in playoff games to earn those incentives."
