Man, Philly was unimpressive - those receivers made TWO HUGE drops in crunch time. I meam my God, the ball hits you in the hands on the drive of the game and two different receivers choke? Probably terrified they'd meet seattle down the road. I guess this goes to show how dominant the NFCW is - 3/4 of the teams left are from it. Can't get over how lame Philly looked. Rocky shaking his head, demanding his statue be relocated.

In a way, I'm guessing we all had the feeling that we'd be seeing the NFC West again on the road to the SB. I hate the Niners so much. I'm kind of happy they will be heading to Seattle because it is time for their utter destruction.

I'm not going to predict the 49ers "kicking the living crap" out of us this time but I am nervous given that they will be playing loose and with a chip on their shoulders while the Seahawks may be a bit tight with the burden of expectations that comes with being a #1 seed.

Any given Sunday at all that, but the Seahawks know they can beat them and are frankly the better team.Sibelius Hindemith wrote: ↑Mon Jan 12, 2026 2:37 amI'm not going to predict the 49ers "kicking the living crap" out of us this time but I am nervous given that they will be playing loose and with a chip on their shoulders while the Seahawks may be a bit tight with the burden of expectations that comes with being a #1 seed.

Speaking of quitting, did you see the Jaguars Defense give up a ten yard tush push? I saw some shit this weekend that was just flat out digusting.trharder wrote: ↑Sun Jan 11, 2026 5:56 pmThe Packers defense was disgusting. They weren't just getting outplayed; they appeared to actually quit.Michael K. wrote: ↑Sun Jan 11, 2026 4:23 pmImagine if your team in the fourth quarter alone -
Gave up 25 points to blow a 21 point lead.
Had not on but two delay of game penalties.
And not one but two missed kicks!
Oh well, superbowl is next weekend against the Lambs. (I'm assuming the 9ers will get rolled).

Re: Wild Card Round NFL Playoffs
To recap....
Jacksonville is just not as good as everyone wanted them to be and Goldielocks is still over rated.
Herbert is the most over hyped and under criticized QB in the history of the NFL. That's right, I said history. And it was sure fun watching a Jim Harbaugh team set the game of offensive football back forty years....again!
The Rams defense is pedestrian. Hell, everyone's defense besides Houston might be. You watch some of these offenses that we completely shut down go out and put up points and it just amazes me. More kudos to MM.
Philly is the most dysfunctional team in football. I've been saying it all year, AJ Brown and Nick Siriani are the worst thing to happen to that Franchise since Buddy Ryan!
Lefleur is over his head. The blown timeouts were ridiculous. I can't believe more isn't made of it. It was like watching Pete Carroll and staff.
The only team in the NFL that I think can beat us if we don't play bad football is LA. And they have been mediocre at best since we pulled the rug out from under them a few weeks ago.

Sirianni and LafLeur are bad. But apparently the Pack plan to keep LaFleur.
Get a load of this:
"After the game, head coach Nick Sirianni defended Brown for his drops, and blamed the elements."
“The wind… He’s got the best hands I’ve ever seen, the way he catches the ball, the amount of different types of catches he’s made. When you get as many targets as he does, you’re going to have some drops,” Sirianni said via Kristen Wong of Sports Illustrated. “Not ever using it as an excuse, but the ball moves differently in the wind. I thought Jalen did a good job of cutting it in the wind a lot of times".

Re: Wild Card Round NFL Playoffs
What's even worse is before the game he was running his mouth about resting his starters last week. Said "last year they told me to go win a Super Bowl then. So, we did."
What a dumbass. Last year? They were locked into the #2 seed. The winner of the Lions versus Vikings game was going to be the #1 seed. Tampa could NOT catch them for the #2 seed. They had nothing to play for. This year? A Bears loss, to a very good and proud LIons team? Means that if the big bad Eagles beat the hapless Commanders? They get the #2 seed. Instead? They rest starters, lose to Washington, and even though the Bears lost? The Eagles got to play the 49ers instead of the Packers. The Packers haven't won since like mid November, and the 49ers were playing for the #1 seed at the end of the year! Tell me resting your starters in a game that matters makes sense to ANYONE besides Nick Fucking Siriani? No one does that, and there is a reason.
He is a dumbass, and AJ Brown is an absolute cancer. Look at the numbers from last year to this year. What has changed? Well, the Eagles throw it more and run it less. Yes, some of that is because they were losing games, but I have already broken all of this down. The majority of Hurts' best games have come when they lose. They need to run the ball. But, winning when you run the ball makes AJ mad, so they can't do that.
I would be just beside myself this week if I was a fan of one of the teams that lost. They all shit the bed in one way shape or form. The NFL is going to talk about the close games and how it was great football. I felt like the teams that lost were dogshit. Much of that I expected, but not to this extent.
