"The 49ers have ruled out safety Ji'Ayir Brown (hamstring) and linebacker Fred Warner (ankle), while wide receiver Ricky Pearsall (ankle/knee), linebacker Dee Winters (ankle), linebacker Luke Gifford (quad) and wide receiver Jacob Cowing (hamstring) will be questionable.
Without Brown, San Francisco will likely have rookie safety Marques Sigle line up next to Malik Mustapha, with Jason Pinnock rotating in at times. At linebacker, the 49ers may have to roll with Eric Kendricks and Garret Wallow again as their starters with these injury and rehab situations."
