Well, well, well
The NFL team that goes to any length to play games on & off the field
No question in my mind the Kraft’s (or friends) let media know the Hawks would be up for sale. A tactic & ploy the Patriots would use to try and create distraction
Anyone surprised?

Okay but why would it be a distraction? Doesn't affect anyone on the team or change anything, really. I dount there's anything malicious here - just the usual 'trying to break a story' nonsense the desperate 'media' do to attempt to stay relevant.trharder wrote: ↑Sat Jan 31, 2026 3:56 amBrock Huard

It has distracted me. It distracted Brock Huard, someone who knows way more than me, to publicly post aauroraave wrote: ↑Sat Jan 31, 2026 2:07 pmOkay but why would it be a distraction? conspiracy theory. We like to think Coach Mac and the team are dialed in, but we also witnessed Woolen last week.
This is not saying the ploy will work (I think it was a ploy, you may not). It doesn't have to have a huge chance of
success in order to make it real. I don't think it will work. I highly doubt Brock thinks it will work. That's not the point.
The Seahawks were sitting on a huge wave of momentum. Laughing and grinning and polishing their focus. Then, out
of the absolute blue; espn drops a steaming-fresh turd in the corner. The Paul Allen estate comes out and basically
says - "yeah, no shit. all of this is not new, we've been talking about this for years. Nothing has changed. It's not
for sale right now". The timing of the article is highly suspicious.
Anyway, this is why I made this thread, as I knew stupid shit would be coming and more will come.
