Seahawks to hire 49ers TE/RB coach Brian Fleury as Offensive Coordinator

Brian Fleury was the running game coordinator and TE coach for the 49ers.

He played QB at Maryland and Towson in the late 90's.

Aside from this year where SF had clear limitations personnel wise, their running game and tight end play was pretty much the envy of the league as Fleury as been there.

I like the move, as he must have had a great interview.

Will be interested to see how he uses the TE with us, and that it becomes a strength of ours.

Darnold knows him well from his time with the 49ers.

Guess we'll also get some insight into the 49ers playbook.
