Mariners game telecasts

Post by Sports Hernia » Thu Mar 19, 2026 6:30 am

Haven’t heard a definite answer from the mariners or MLB yet. Maybe I missed it but we have a week until the season starts. Any info on how to get the game on FUBO?

Thanks in advance.

Why not just get it on MLB.TV?

Because some of us with various cable/streaming packages may not need to purchase the Mariners.tv package.

I predict the Root replacement will pop up on cable/stream the morning of opening day (a week from now).

And that's fine. If the new channel doesn't show up on YouTube TV, it only takes about 30 seconds to log into mlb account and add Mariners.Tv.
YouTube probably will have the channel, based on other teams that broadcast under the MLB TV umbrella.

I have Youtube TV. It isn't going to be free...It would be the same cost per month/season. My wife gets the TV so I just watch on my computer.

They already announced that some providers will include it just like they did with Root Sports. The question is which ones and if it will be part of regular packages or if it will be an add on.

Pretty sure I have to pay an add on with DirecTv. But I haven't dug too deep yet.
