The deal really about the 32nd pick as opposed to a second round one is the fifth season option. If there's a strategy in terms of who is the best candidate. I could see RBs not being as valuable in that respect.
Might be as valuable as a 25 yo but I guess they can trade back for Nick E.'s father figure...
Yeah, they aren't using it on Stukes. But that's what gives the pick some value. You trade down and get Price or Stukes in the second round somewhere. What you want that pick for is a qb. That's why I have them trading it for team to get Simpson. Everyone has Simpson going with the 31st pick, NE trading it
You honestly think the Seattle Seahawks are considering taking a Quarterback with their first pick of the 2026 Draft???

They aren't talking the first pick, somewhere in the draft.
Now, admittedly, the turnover issues and mistakes on tape are concerning. But that’s why he’s going to potentially be available at #96. You’re not bringing him in to start right away. You’d be buying a lottery ticket for the future — and the flexibility to decide whether you want to spend $55-60m on one player
I wouldn't expect them to but anything is possible

I would be shocked if they take one at all with so few picks. I would hope they would trade Milroe for a 6th rounder or something...

I would absolutely keep Milroe unless they get an offer they can't refuse. Let him develop see where it goes - you have to have bodies in the QB room - so why not him? I still believe he has the potential to become an asset on offense. Right now - there is no rush - but if Sam goes down - having a mobile dude at that position is a good thing. Mobility can make up for weaknesses in other areas of his game. Lock and Milroe are a solid backup QB duo. Although it might be fun to bring back wilson and make him sit on the bench - never let him on the field just to be spiteful

I guess but he was so bad in the last Pre season game and they totally bailed on using him as a gimmick after that one botched play that might of cost us a game. But he is still here so they obviously agree with you OR nobody is willing to give up even a 2037 7th rounder for him. lol

I really wish they hadn't blown that pick on Milroe. There were some nice running backs left on the board at that point. Woody Marks was available. He ran for 700 yards in Houston. Skataboo is batshit crazy but he was on the board still. Also Tuten had some decent success in Jacksonville. It would be nice to have another guy in the room right about now.

Supposedly he would rank like the second best qb in this year's draft. I don't think a couple busted gimmick plays really affects that. I am confused why we would draft an additional qb. On the other hand, being they are short picks wouldn't it make sense to trade him? Basically ending up trading him for Rasheed?

Yep I just don't know that anyone would want him.

They lost a lot of good players. Woolen, Mafe, Walker and Bryant. And so my needs are RB, CB, Edge, IN O.L.

They have #32,64,96, and 188.

I’d be curious what you all thought about hedging our bets by perhaps taking the 5th ranked FA remaining guard Bosa.

4. Joey Bosa, Edge

2025 team: Buffalo Bills | Age entering 2026 season: 31

What he brings: Bosa has played in at least 14 games over the past two seasons after injuries limited him to a total of 13 games from 2022 to 2023. Averaging 36.3 snaps per game for the Bills, he had 5 sacks, 5 forced fumbles and 42 pressures. Bosa should be viewed as a situational rusher who can still win with speed-to-power. His effort level also leads to production late in the play.

5. Joel Bitonio, G

2025 team: Cleveland Browns | Age entering 2026 season: 34

What he brings: The 12-year pro has started 178 NFL games. He's a savvy technician who had a 96.4% pass block win rate in 2025 (third best among 65 qualifying guards), while allowing only two sacks. If Bitonio opts to return for a 13th season, he would provide both consistent play and a veteran voice to any offensive line room.

We are supposed to have at least 28.8 M in functional cap space it would seem to be that we could have at least 1 if not both for that #.
