Not surprising that we went 1-2-3 there, I think they pretty much quit after Canzone's inexplicable K.

Yea that was horrid. He had ball 4 but swung. Dan told them he wants the sweep. He doesent want this win. He wants the sweep and have the guys enjoy not losing tomorrow.DavidGee24 wrote: ↑Wed Apr 22, 2026 9:03 pmNot surprising that we went 1-2-3 there, I think they pretty much quit after Canzone's inexplicable K.
2 runs now that is out of reach. Fkkkkk our whole team is struggling. I would give anything to have an offense that can hit with runners on.
Really really hope As get a big hit here. This team is playing to lose again. Would love to them get blown up. Absolute shit fest
Soriano for the Angels in 6 starts has only allowed 1 run all season wow. That is crazy.

Logan is throwing all his pitches so they are not sitting on a pltch. As well as the A’s are barreling it up you have to wonder if he’s tipping. Command also an issue

Carlos Cortes looks like another Jose Altuve. How do the A's develop all these hitters?

I know right. All thier prospects can hit major league pitching. Would love to know thier secret. Cal 3 straight but this team is allergic with runners on base.Sibelius Hindemith wrote: ↑Wed Apr 22, 2026 9:24 pmCarlos Cortes looks like another Jose Altuve. How do the A's develop all these hitters?

I guess he was in the Mets system for 7 or 8 years. Then the A's acquired him last year and voila, he's a star...

“The Mariners” know how to “get runners in scoring position”, “they” just don't know how to “score some runs”. And that's really the most important part of “baseball”: the “scoring runs”.seth8734 wrote: ↑Wed Apr 22, 2026 9:27 pmI know right. All thier prospects can hit major league pitching. And what's to say, when he pulled it out of his shirt, that he couldn't slap it up in the air so Young or Crawford catches it? Then he could call it a ricochet, and it was caught in the air. The ball was still alive, wasn't it? There have been hundreds of times a line drive or pop-up hits a heel, and a different fielder catches it for an out, or 2 or 3 fielders collide, the ball bounces off a glove or a head and it's caught. That's an out.
Stupid rule interpretation...did Wilson protest the game? No.
