I hope he’s done for a long time so he can figure it out. Make a trade Jerry. So tired of teams that wait til the last minute only and burn daylight.seth8734 wrote: ↑Sun Jun 14, 2026 7:51 pmYea really really need Chapman. He is what we need. That was the 11th 10-run game for the Gnats this season in 72 games. Here's how many we've had the past six seasons:
2026: 4 (73 games)
2025: 13
2024: 11
2023: 11
2022: 7
2021: 4
2020: 4 (60 games)
Pathetic.
Cal tattooing the ball at Tacoma yet he's just going to stay there. This organization is retarded.

Well there’s no mystery regarding what needs to happen. The only question is how long Jerry will wait and how aggressive he will be. Hopefully Stanton gives him free reign but I doubt it

I'm just waiting the day teams start using pronouns. That's how you know things will really get bad. I'm shocked they already don't

Just treading water until the deadline. I mean, it worked last year, so why not? This team was flawed to begin with, add in the inuries?
And that's the problem. They will finish out of the playoffs, and blame injuries, and everyone will buy it. We will enter next year with a flawed lineup, but every time some young kid gets a seeing eye single to win a game in the 9th? The local media will jack off all over the place telling us how wonderful it is that our organization hangs onto these young guys instead of buying a ring.
This organization did next to nothing in the off season, and now here we are again. We should be used to it, but I am sure sick of it.

Re: 6/14/2026: Squash the gnats
There's some bad luck in there. Naylor is supposed to be a 2-3 WAR player and that's only because of his horrible defense. As for Refsnyder, we've had a lot of players who have suddenly lost their ability to hit once they put on a Mariner uniform, but this is probably the most baffling of them all. And if we can somehow squeeze 2/3 of a season out of Donovan he's close to a 3 WAR player.

Will be interesting to track production and injuries now that theyve gone back to a six man rotation.
Not sure when exactly it would go back to, but here are the starters numbers since June 1st.

This clown gets paid money to talk about baseball and thinks 2 months of Garver will bring back a reliever that will help the team.
