And I don't think it is ever a good thing for organizations to have any sort of 'tribute' themed game, unless it's to the troops.
"Thank you for your service" and "Pride Month" are the same fucking thing... It's called brainwashing.
Free markets, free minds.
Troops ain't nothing but mindless welfare recipient attack dogs for war mongering psychopaths. We would be in a lot better shape if nobody signed up for that shit. Nobody should be praising anyone for mindlessly fighting wars on behalf of bankers and politicians, indiscriminately blowing shit up and killing innocent people all paid for with stolen funds. Order obeying cowards that can't think for themselves. Fighting wars on behalf of some of the most evil people in the world all for the perks. Thanking them for their service only furthers the problem. Telling them to go fuck themselves and discouraging anyone from ever signing up is how you better the world.
You know, being a big George Carlin fan, I do agree with some of the more out-there things that you say, but there's a reason why your way of thinking is in the very, VERY tiny minority and is eschewed by more than 99% of the population.
I was a US Marine and was nothing like what you describe, nor were any of my friends in the Corps. I'm realistic about how the world is and what war is. Pawns, oil, blah blah blah. But I had my own reasons for serving, I feel that they were honorable, and no weirdo sitting in a dark, cold, empty room blathering away on his keyboard is going to tell me any different.
You do realize that if "nobody signed up for that shit", you'd be depositing your Mental Disability check at Derherferderwaffershtein National Bank or at Hyukijukibazuki Federal Credit Union. Until the rest of the world stops "signing up for that shit", Americans have to "sign up for that shit".
So you're welcome for my service.
