The only people with dual citizenship, multiple passports, offshore accounts, etc. are the wealthy. The slaves stay on the plantation.
"In reality" you can't go anywhere, and nobody does. "In reality" the livestock is managed well. They obey, they kill each other in wars, they use the fiat currency, they pay their taxes, they fall for the ruse of politics, etc.
So, I haven't studied expatriating in great detail. I do believe in a one world system. Real power is not confined to the "borders" as they're presented to us as schoolchildren. That being said, some of the plantations are more free. Mexico is more free, and it's close, and it has beaches and good food, so that's an attractive option. Some people go to Eastern Europe like Turkey or Georgia where things are cheap but they're not involved in much conflict. But, I'm really not a good person to ask. I live in Texas and have family members nearby and I spend about zero time researching alternative places to live.
There is also a thing called "intentional communities"

Pretty interesting, but they're usually very small dwellings.
Nomad lifestyle is also interesting.

My philosophy is more about parallel societies rather than fighting an uphill battle to change the power structure. I'm also anti Libertarian Party for a lot of reasons.
