Re: Astros trash can bang charts
I can just imagine that guys reaction to thinking the Astros ended his career. In reality, he just sucked.

Getting ready to prepare a Friday night Manhattan, I find myself musing over the following:
1. Will the Astros lead MLB in hit batsmen this year ?
2. Will the Mariners/Safeco Field operations ban fans bringing in corrugated trash can lids for the April 30 series opener against Houston ?
3. Will RadioShack approach José Altuve with an endorsement deal ?
4. What makes Maryland-style rye different from Pennsylvania or Kentucky ?

Yeah, I think there’s gonna be a lot of retribution this season, whether visceral, as on the business end of a heater, or humorous, as in the hands of the fans.
It’s not going to be an easy year for the Bastros. This year we’ll see what they’re made of.

So Manfred discussed taking away their WS win, he also wants credit for his intestinal fortitude. This is a story out of France, assume its been covered in the states, I think i would agree with him. The asterisk has already been applied by fans. He also says that hitting Astro players will not be tolerated...
https://www.rappler.com/sports/by-sport ... 1581925618"The report gave people a transparent account of what went on. We put people in position to make their own judgments about the behavior that went on. That certainly has happened over the last month."
Manfred said the exhaustive detail revealed by the MLB investigation into the scandal would mean that the Astros' achievements would remain under a cloud.
"The idea of an asterisk or asking for a piece of metal back seems like a futile act," Manfred said.
"People will always know that something was different about the 2017 season, and whether we made that decision right or wrong, we undertook a thorough investigation, and had the intestinal fortitude to share the results of that investigation, even when those results were not very pretty."
Manfred also added he believes Astros players, while not being directly sanctioned, have suffered by having to face questions about the scandal and admit their guilt during pre-season.
"I understand people's desire to have the players pay a price for what went on here," Manfred said.
"I think if you watch the players, watch their faces when they have to deal with this issue publicly, they have paid a price."
Manfred, meanwhile, said the league planned to warn opposition pitchers from taking the law into their own hands when facing the Astros batters this season.

Astros basically the Michael Avanatti of baseball and I was Tucker Carlson way back in 2018.

So basically retaliation against the Astros hitters won’t be tolerated. That raises a question. Your going to eject a pitcher and possibly fine them for retaliation, when the Astros Hitters cheated for 3 yrs and got away with it. No ejection no fine

Baker says please don't hurt us.
The talk of bean balls has led to a formal request for Major League Baseball to help. That came from new Astros manager Dusty Baker. As the comments escalate, the fear of retaliation grows. So Baker publicly asked for help:
"I'm depending on the league to try to put a stop to this seemingly premeditated retaliation that I'm hearing about," Baker said Saturday morning. "And in most instances in life, you get kind of reprimanded when you have premeditated anything. I'm just hoping that the league puts a stop to this before somebody gets hurt."

Re: Astros trash can bang charts
This is turning into a shit show. The Astros should have been removed from the post season for at least one year and if proven they cheated over multiple seasons then make it multiple yrs. and Fines should have been used to shut them up.
