Beloved Seahawks get sold, NBA threatening to bring a basketball team to town, Kracken in a permanant state of listless mediocrity. Anyone know when Seattle might score a MLB franchise?

So what do we know about his son?
So it seems the son is an active sports analytical guy. That seems a little concerning. Is he actually going to want to be involved in football type decisions? Theres that other thing too, the Half Moon Bay deal. The father cut off public access to some land he purchased on the ocean. He doesnt mind being the public AH

Just that they're long-time 49ers fans seems a bit concerning.

I wouldn't call it concerning, it might seem a bit odd but i dont see it as a threat or something. Its interesting they had just bought that share in the 49ers a few months ago. I wonder if they were preparing to bid on the seahawks then? It might be pointed out, its the wife thats going to be the controllng owner. I mean all the attention on him.
The Khoslas bought a 3.1% share of the Niners in the spring of 2025. That allowed them to learn the NFL’s process for buying shares of a franchise, and for league owners to learn them. Team owners approved the Khoslas purchase.

When he bought that stake Vinod Khosla said he and his family had been going to 49ers games for 25 years. He told a 49ers summit at the team’s Levi’s Stadium in June 2025 he and his son had Niners season tickets since about the time Neal was 5 years old.
