OMG, they lost it? Im not following that closely these days. They were up 7 to 5 in the 10th. I had to go look again. Stick a fork in them lol
I tuned back in thinking maybe a sweep of Houston could get them back on track. The standings are weird this year. The third WC spot is currently held by a sub .500 team.

Then, they actually battled and Munoz had Astros down to final strike on 3 batters.

It was rough. Altuve was nice piece of hitting but still a blooper. Then a bleeder through the left side.

I had this one as a must-win, which then means the season is officially over. Fork in them. But, then you look at the standings and realize it's always a slow death in this game. They aren't officially dead yet.

I'm so glad I don't waste any more time watching this fucked up team.

I don't know how all you guys keep doing it.

I didn't even bother watching the bottom of the 10th. The season is now officially over.

The Asstros were supposed to be taking the year off, but even though we got past them last year, they just want it more. Their players want it more. Their front office wants it more. They're even willing to cheat to win. I wouldn't mind if the Mariners cheated at this point.

They were both off pitches out of the zone, like they were just trying to foul it off to stay alive.

Mariners were down 5-2, clawed back, timely hits, did it without homeruns, new guy rookie drove in 2 enormous runs, big day for Robles, even Bastardo and Rucker came up big, all just to get shit on. Was looking like the best win of the season, just 1 strike away...

Damn you monkeys!

Munoz is not a Closer.

Has my vote as the worst game of the year.

Please let us see some football already.

They did try to take the year off, but the rest of the division said "oh yeah? Look how shitty we can be!". So? Houston decided, what the fuck, we'll go to the playoffs again I guess.

I was actually upset we beat the Yankees. Just tank. Then MAYBE it'll be time for this fucked up ownership group to clean house. Rebuild. Fuck it, I'd rather watch a bunch of kids trying to make it then this group of fucking check cashers

Cal is not a good hitter, Julio is not a Super Star, Donovan is not a full time player, no one in the staff is an Ace, we possess zero middle of the order bats but a shit load of guys that should bat 7th or lower on a good team. Did I miss anything? Dogshit roster construct and even worse effort by the guys on the roster.

In late July this team reminded me of the scene in Major League 2 when Cousin Eddie went on the stick a fork in them rant. This group has quit.
