Things to be considered going into the final pre season game. Safety could be an issue, im reading they might have been considering clark starting. Foster is the feel good story, that be nice if he made the roster

Most of the 53-man roster is probably set before the Seahawks take the field, but there are a few fringe spots that could be claimed with really strong performances against the Chiefs. Can Montorie Foster Jr. lock down a wide receiver spot with Jake Bobo now out? Could rookie offensive lineman Beau Stephens continue his climb up the depth chart? If Diggs struggles at cornerback, could that open a spot for one of the rookies – Julian Neal, Andre Fuller or Michael Dansby – to take on a bigger role? Could someone on the defensive line – J.R. Singleton, Uso Seumalo, Bubba Thomas, Aidan Hubbard – shine and become a depth piece kept around?

Have you been able to watch Hard Knocks. So good.

You make a comment about S. Then post a comment without anything about the S position in it?

I won’t pretend to be totally invested in camp and pre-season, but I don’t remember a ton of commentary about us being overly concerned with Safety.

I’m also curious why you always post comments without anything no reference to who said it. Did you sit next to someone at a bar that said that?

btw Bud Clark being out for the season is very bad for safety depth...

Yeah, Clark was a lot more important to what they were planning to do on D than Bobo was to the O. That injury was a total bummer. 1st play of the effing game...

Did you see it all on Hard Knocks. We usually just see an injury on the field with no audio and the cart the guy off and we don't see him until next season.

Hard knocks showed all of the mental and physical anguish that they go through after a severe injury. From him instantly knowing it was broken to the training staff putting all the braces and air cast on it to him talking with his family telling them he was ok while hiding the fact he was in agony...

Didn't see it but they played the audio on KJR of the video call to his family. Who knows with the cameras there how real it was. Probably less cussing than otherwise.

If you don't think there is cussing in Hard Knocks you haven't watched a second of it. I have heard more F bombs in 4 episodes than I have heard in all of the movies and TV that I have watched all year.

The RB coach dropped 17 in barely over a 1 minute speech. They don't beep them out on the show either.

Yes, i haven't watched any precisely because it is amateur theatre for the most part, just like all the reality show schlock of the past 20 years. Not my cup of tea.

Yeah, it hadnt occured to me that bad, Neal has been out too, the third round pick. Other than Price, this years draft isnt looking very impactful

ESPN
Round 2 (No. 64): Bud Clark, S. Clark was put on season-ending injured reserve Tuesday after breaking his ankle in the second preseason game. Before that, Clark had been running with the second-team defense, though the Seahawks believed he would eventually push Ty Okada for the starting job opposite Julian Love.
