People have been telling me the past couple days that Jerry shouldn't be fired because the failure this season was not do to him it was due to injuries and underperformance. But this is exactly why you GO FOR IT EVERY season.

You are going have seasons like this. Its baseball. His 54% philosophy resulted in totally wasting the 2023 and 2024 seasons. That combined with failing to meet his OWN stated goal of Sustainability this season. For those reasons, he should be fired.
