So we got a LB that is a fast and a tackling machine. Isn't Griffin fast and wasn't BBK a tackling machine?
Still, it speaks to where the Seahawks’ emphasis is when it comes to improving their defense. In Brooks, who ran the 40-yard dash in 4.54 seconds at the combine, Seattle added a linebacker who Brock Huard called a “tackling machine,” Jake Heaps noted can can run sideline to sideline, and several experts have compared to Seahawks All-Pro Bobby Wagner.
Maybe since we can't get pressure on the QB we should run a 3-4 defense since we have all these great LBs?

Just so there isn't any Hindsight is 2020 accusations in the future. I want to go on the record say that I would to join Donn Beach in picking Gross-Matos as the guy I would have picked at 27. We will see who has the most impact this season.

For the record I say they should have pulled the trigger on Baun or Madubuike.

They do basically now and often they give a 3-4 and 4-6 look as well.

Didn't they typically just have Kendricks Wagner and KJ on the field?

Yes but they did a 3-4 look on passing downs alot last year. (Griffin or Clowney being extra backer) and their base 4-3 UNDER has traits similar to a 3-4 regardless.

Only took a 5th this year and a 3rd next year. Why wouldn't we do that?
