The amount of walks Sheffeild has been given up makes me kind of scared for the future. The Yankees may have fleeced us

Seattle is having him work on pitches and I bet they could care less what his era is at this point. If his three/four pitch Arsenal is working when needed then he will succeed

Well the Yankees have got 41 innings out of Pax in 58 games which projects to 114 on the season so I can't imagine they are thrilled about it either.

Well, when you're doing those projections with a month of missed time looped in, you're going to get biased results. And on top of that, the Yanks season isn't ending at 162.

The M's were fleeced big time in this trade. I don't understand why they didn't hold out for a Frazier or Andujar, hell even the higher ceilinged Domingo German would've been good.

Something tells me he has another couple trips to the IL planned so my projection is probably a bit high.

think the Yanks would be happier getting 100 innings of Paxton than zero innings of Sheffield

Hey we already got three innings out of him! If they would have kept him he would probably be at 70 IPs with a 3.00 ERA.

The month of missed time is exactly the point with Paxton. It's as predictable as Chris Carpenter or Adam Wainwright getting hurt.

Is injury prone a thing? Probably not, but being a giant pussy is.

A dainty Canadian.

Obviously not of the hockey variety.
