Browns were up 41-14 heading into the 4th quarter. Cowpokes mounted a furious comeback with 24 points to pull within a FG until the Browns scored a TD and was successful on their 2-point conversion. Dallas was on the doorstep of the end zone until Dak was picked off.

Look at it this way, we were with out our three biggest off season acquisitions and we held to them to one garbage time TD. Still huge issues but the results today were good.

I get that. But, the defense was bad with them too.


I still think John has done a horrible job at talent on the defensive line. Just really bad. Drafted and free agent hasn’t been good.

2nd round drafted an injured player, REED, an effort issue McDowell.
3rd and 4th Green
5th Robinson
7th Martin

Isn’t that an issue in drafting?

Trade and FA—ford, benson, clowney, Bruce. That’s solid to good.

The issue to me is John’s college evaluation. Yes, not high picks. But, all over the league there are 2-7 players at DE thst are excelling. John hasn’t done well at all in this respect. I can also argue DB drafting isn’t good either. That’s why he shifted and traded to make up for bad drafting. 3 of the 4 dB started are traded for players.
