Until I see otherwise, they're just replacing one 350 lb guy with another 350 lb guy. The new one may have a better resume, but he's also got an injury history.

Unless he impacts the pass rush, it seems like only a modest improvement to me. But, who knows?

Snacks is an elite run defender if he is healthy and for that matter he does contribute a little on the pass rush

But adding an elite run defender also helps the pass rush it will keep both Ford and Reed more fresh

I know new year but last year Seattle gave up almost 5 yards a run as a team
That would be a good mark for an individual back but for a team? ouch
And remember we lost an elite run defender at the edge in Clowney
