Crow tastes good KJ Wright

Post by Hanjag » Wed Oct 14, 2020 5:06 am

So far the position switch has done wonders for KJ PFF has him at an 85.3 on the year.
and PFF says BObby has been ok
81.0pff

I was considering cutting and attempting to resign Wright at a lower number or just moving on both before and after he hit a 2M roster bonus over the offseason.

Won't say I thought he was gonna be this good, but I was not in favor or cutting him

Best thing about it is he is such an awesome dude and a Hawk Lifer. Dude is approaching ring of honor status.

There's a few guys on our SB defense I'd like to see remain with the team in some capacity after they've retired. Kam seems to be in the fold, but I'm not really sure if he has an official role. And when their playing days are over, if Bobby and KJ also can mentor young players in the future, I'm a fan of that.

Some guys do it right from start to finish. And some guys are Earl.

I was not a fan after KJ Wright's 2019.

Difference is... he's changed positions and it seems to be helping.
