Interesting, the Browns are 10-4. They played an equally marginal team in the Giants. They too had a 20-3 lead in the third... game ended 20-6. Should have been a blow out.

Aaron Rodgers said he was disgusted with his team's performance, even though they beat the Panthers and they're currently the #1 seed.

Nobody in the NFC is content with their lot.

I am beginning to wonder if indeed Russell Wilson should be included in the list of top, elite QB's in the league. All this talk about putting the offense into the hands of DangeRuss is beginning to look like, as many have stated, fools gold. He seems to be regressing as the opponents get weaker.

Note to Russ and Shitty: The Lambs and the Whiners are not the same as the Jets, Giants, Eagles, and the Carpetbaggers. They are not pushovers and my immediate guess is that now we have qualified as being in the playoffs, we will roll over and play dead. Funny thing about Rodgers is that he's just as capable of not coming through in the big game. He has the same number of rings as Wilson, and last year in the NFCCG he stunk it up against the Whiners. Not to mention the 2013 NFCCG where he had a 16-0 lead and couldn't close the deal, LOB notwithstanding. The only QB in the league right now who seems completely incapable of a dud is Mahomes.

I'll take 10-4, love the roster they've assembled, but this team should be playing better than this - if they want to make a legit run. I think they have the talent to do it, it's these patterns that tend to hold them back.

This is just it. It's not good enough to make it to the SB. We all know it. We might all have different points of criticism, but we all see it.
It's not too late of course and the defense is headed in the right direction. Defense is key this time of year. But still.

What was the deal on the late drive that ended in the tipped-ball interception where RW hit DK on three quick passes in the middle of the field for 15, 11, and 7 yards? Where the fuck has that been all season? It took 6 games with teams constantly getting pressure on Russ before Schittenheader came up with that?

haven't re-watched to confirm, but if memory serves, that was the "hold-on" stage, when WFT might have been sending an extra man or two as a run blitz. with their all world DL they dont have to blitz much to rush the passer, and dont think they did much yesterday, not that we'd know with all the quick passes. so if they were sending an extra guy on that drive (unlike the previous) that really opens up the middle for those slants and short crossers.

The previous 6 opponents (at least) had been sending extra defenders after Russ with regularity. Why weren't they using that quick slant to DK in those games? It should have been the go-to play when the Bills blitzed the hell out of them in week 9 and henceforth but apparently it wasn't even in the playbook until last week.
