As of the 24th there will be a new "acting A.G." who can appoint a "Special Counsel" for election fraud.
If he doesn't do anything because he's a Barr crony and recuses himself...the deputy A.G. can then appoint the special counsel.
Sidney Powell Special Counselor by the end of the week.
She'll have subpoena and criminal referral powers...Ms. Kraken herself...Kicking ass and taking names.

Could be... she's been to the White House three of the last four days.

The special counsel gets the axe once Biden takes office, but before then, yes, subpoena... indict even. We haven't felt the Kraken yet.

Biden forced to give concession speech by December 31?

I'd like to see that.

I usually never make it past the headlines when I'm on CNN, but this article sucked me in:

"Trump threatens 30-day reign of destruction on the way out of office"
https://www.cnn.com/2020/12/22/politics ... index.html
The President is spending day after day in his White House bunker, entertaining crackpot theories about imposing martial law, seizing voting machines and staging an intervention in Congress on January 6 to steal the election from Biden.
No, that's what we're doing.
His attempts to crush American democratic traditions by claiming a landslide victory in an election that he lost and that was not especially close fits into the first category. The President's behavior has sown huge mistrust of the fundamental underpinning of the US political system -- fair elections -- among millions of his voters and threatens to compromise the legitimacy of Biden's White House.
Everyone on the left has some form of this delusional logic. So we are to believe that 47% of the country believes the election was stolen because Trump told them? Joebama woke nation is the reason for huge mistrust of the system... at least the parts controlled by Democrats.
"We don't know what he might do," one officer in the Pentagon said. Another added: "We are in strange times."
OMG... is he going to exercise his constitutional powers?
There is no substitute in the US governing system for the engagement of a President during a massive national enterprise. But there is also no sign that Trump cares to offer leadership to ensure the success of the mammoth vaccination program that holds hope of eventually ending the pandemic. This after his denial of the virulence of Covid-19 undoubtably worsened the death toll.
How long would it have taken to come up with a vaccine if Biden were president?

Don't bother guessing. The answer is never. And yet this propagandist wants us to believe that Trump will f^ck up the easiest part? Also, how did Trump worsen the death toll? There's an argument to be made that Cuomo, for example, worsened the death toll in NY by sending Covid patients to the nursing homes, but what did Trump do, specifically, to raise the death count? That question is never answered by the media.
"No one is sure where this is heading," one official told CNN's White House team on Monday in a disturbing behind-the-scenes glimpse at the mayhem unfolding in the West Wing. "He's still President for another month."

Love that... Yes, Trump is president for another month. Biden is not yet president and never will be.
