if Flexen pitches like this all year, we got ourselves a pretty good pitcher. And he's only 26.

Flexen just pitched a hell of a first start.
Wow. He has some control issues i.e. high pitch counts but nice stuff.
I like him.
What do we know the Mets couldn't figure out?
Great to see Tram get first hit also.

I keep forgetting, sorry. Back in the day we’d leave work, have dinner in Chinatown, dessert in Little Italy, and somehow make it to La Belle Époque on Broadway by 11pm for some very drunken tango dancing.

(Sigh) God, I miss New York sometimes....

This is where I agree with my good friend Terry and that we should continue to put the pressure on his 4213 runs in the ladder Dennings to put them away step on their neck and win 721 stead of put the pressure on our pitching staff for the rest of the game
