I don't either. He had lost it and needed to settle the eff down. I'm sure he was frustrated by sucking and the Browns still trying to pad their sack stats, but he was digging around in Garrett's helmet before Garret lost his mind. More over, and I guess I'm just a sapp, but I would have liked to see Rudolph come out in support of Garrett. Saying they had both lost their cool and that the NFL should show some mercy on Garrett.
It's a violent sport. I think the NFL is wrong to apologize all over the place and overreact with a long suspension for Garrett. I have no idea if Garrett has any priors.
