Where is the overreaction? That's literally some of the things he said
Literally means word for word and not changed to express the bias inherent in loose interpretation. So let's go through them one at a time.

*Called the longest tenured player "overpaid". This player is going to be a major part of this year if motivated and now his wife is thinking about selling their house. How long til Seager requests a trade now?
That was a stupid comment because of what Seager has meant to the organization, but did anyone think they were going to try to re-sign him, including Seager himself? And he said "probably overpaid".

*Was mad with Kelenic because he wouldn't sign for an insulting offer. Our #1 prospect and a guy considered the future, and he went out of his way to say they won't play him early now cause he wouldn't sign for peanuts on the dollar.
You are just making things up there. Did you watch the video? Did he appear mad? He didn't even say what the numbers were but you can somehow conclude it was an insulting offer? I think his way of speaking, if isolated, gives the impression of contempt for Kelenic for not signing the offer but when you watch all of the video it's just the way he talks, there is an aloofness about it that rubs people the wrong way.

*Said he wouldn't play our top pitching prospect to save time on his current deal. Even if other teams do this, they don't discuss it out in public.
Could you find the quote on that because i don't recall him specifically saying that. He said there was no way they were going to put any of the young prospects on the 40 man roster because they "didn't want to start their service time clocks
for various reasons". I think it's not a stretch to assume that one of the main reasons was that they didn't think those players were ready yet. And I don't recall anyone clamoring for Kelenic to get playing time last year, but perhaps i am wrong.

*Said our 2nd best prospect has bad English, when in fact he already speaks better then Edgar Martinez at only 20 years old. JRod even mentioned on Twitter this made him mad and now other teams are thinking they can acquire him for cheap.
He said "his English is not tremendous... but he and Kelenic are very good friends". Was it a cheap shot? Perhaps, but why would he just say that out of the blue without reference to something? It could just be that it's unusual for a foreign prospect to be buddies with one from the U.S. due to the language barrier, and that's why he tossed that remark in there. And while Julio's english may be good now, it may not have been when they first met.

*Was mad about paying Kumas interpretor 75k. Why would Iwakuma want to even coach here anymore when it's clear ownership doesn't care about him?
Again, where do you get that he was mad? It sounded like a business decision and part of the negotiations within the hiring process. Iwakuma accepted the terms so i doubt he took it personally. It's certainly possible they don't care about him, but i would need more evidence than that. Besides, won't there be an intepreter on hand already for the Japanese pitcher currently playing for the team?

*Made a backhanded compliment to Paxton about how he came here with hat in hand cause other teams wouldnt meet his demands. Said Taijuan wouldn't sign for 3 years either when he just did.
He said their position, in view of the $2.9 bil loss that MLB took last year, was that there were around 180 free agents out there as of Feb 5 and that sooner or later they would come with hat in hand looking for a contract, and that "we think Walker is one of them". He then goes on to reveal they were in talks with Paxton for substantially less than what his agent had demanded. Maybe there's another part that you're referring to, but that excerpt just reveals the nature of doing business where it involves attempting to sign players to the lowest amount possible. They're not running a charity.

... and that they arranged for a police escort. That one didn't make a whole lot of sense.

*Made fun of the Seahawks Super Bowl parade which was just not necessary. The Seahawks are 100% a better organization then the Mariners.
He just said the Mariners parade would be much bigger. I would seriously doubt that if the ownership group was paying for it. So yeah, stupid comment.

*Talked really poorly about Latin America prospects. Why would any future talent want to sign here?
Need a quote for that one because i don't recall that.
