You can still get Driver's Licenses and State I.D.'s without proof of citizenship, but to vote? When people vote illegally, they take away your right as a citizen and "one man, one vote" is no longer a valid concept. We should not allow simply a utility bill as proof of citizenship!

As long as it is accompanied with a state issued birth certificate and federally issued social security card, I'd be fine with any other [picture] ID, even a Costco card.
Do Costco cards have your picture on them?

Why not have every citizen automatically have a card/ID/registration that can be used for voting? Other forms of ID such as drivers licenses can be legally obtained by non-citizens. Passports are for citizens only, but not everyone has those.
