I kind of think it was more on Wilson. He really has become an un-clutch player. Terrible decisions, terrible throws, the stuff he was doing late in games last year. You didn't see Tannehill doing what Wilson was doing.
RW needs to stop counting his chickens and hire Marshawn for his mentals.
Seems like all those years with a mental coach has turned him into a mental case.

Ever since he wanted to be paid as the highest is the problem. He wants to be paid and respected as the best, but can't deliver. So, its the olines fault, the OC's fault, etc. Always somebody elses fault. Gotta love him. Accountability for everybody except himself. Man, the old defenders had him dead on.

Still, we had the ball up seven....no first down. We had the ball with 30 seconds left and 2 timeouts and a FG wins, and it was all we could do to get one first down. Then we got it back in OT and three of the shittiest pass plays of the game.

I guess the Shane Waldron is a genius days are over.
Fun while it lasted. Can't believe they are right back to calling plays with zero regard for down and distance or game situation. On 3rd and 2-5 yards to go they should have at least a half dozen play calls designed to gain 5 yards and can choose one based on the defense and change it via audible if the D changes prior to the snap yet they either throw behind the line to gain and hope the receiver is a hero with YAC or throw a low percentage timing route 20+ yards down the field. Its just inexcusable.

Let’s play a safety that can’t cover 18 million and totally skip over CBs. Great team design.

All this bitching about a damn safety. Jesus, we got ZERO pass rush and destroyed on the ground. Dunlap was on the field for 30% of the snaps. Just heard Daryl Taylor played about 20 snaps. AND, the highest paid player on the defense is a fucking MLB, and we can't stop the run. Yet, it must be Adams' pay check that is hurting us. SMH.

The Adams call is a dumb NFL rule. You simply can not go after the pass and not have some contact high with a QB. It was facemask to facemask. That is NOT the crown of the helmet and it is NOT leading with the head. There are a ton of problems on this defense, and pass rush and run defense are far more of an issue than if our fucking SS covers well enough, IMO.

Hell, according to Clayton, we still have salary cap to spend, they just didn't spend it.

Yep hopefully they wanted to assess and have some dry power to use later once they saw the weakness that we all saw before the season started.

The issue for Adams is he is the second highest paid defensive player, and 3rd on the team. The money was spent on him and not DE, OL, CB. So, when you spend 2 firsts and 18 million million bucks and he isn't producing----thats why.

He isn't making an impact. Now that he isn't getting sacks, what is he doing???? 8 tackles, no tackles for loss, no pass defended, no sacks, no qb hits. Great for 18 million. That's why it is a big deal.

Seriously, wasn't Lewis just looking back at the QB?

And sorry, the roughing call was bullshit, leading with the head is one thing, facemask to facemask tho?
There also was a pretty blatant PI on a third down throw to Metcalf that wasn't called. The guy never turned his head and shoved his hand right in DK's face mask. before the ball arrived.
