Jesus, Marte is hitting .333 with a .935 OPS in July in AAA and isn't even 22 yo. He will be a Sept call up.

He's a freak. I regret the trade big time. Castillo's good, but Marte will be better. Wonder what it would take to pry Marte away from Cincy. They don't even really have a spot for him. We need him at 3b, move Geno to 1b
Suarez is back to not hitting. 11 for his last 55, 5 for his last 30.

Last 30 = .167/.265/.200/.465... most bipolar hitter in baseball. I really want them to move on from for a better 3B at some point.

Arenado would be perfect... but lord knows that's a pipe dream.

Goldschmidt + Arenado + Soto would make this a great offense.

Adding any one isn't going to do the trick though, imo.

I think if they can add one and get a lesser piece at 2B... say trade for Soto and Brandon Lowe, the offense becomes a lot better.

Lowe is hitting .333/.429/.625 over his last 24 AB's. .250/.357/.500 over his last 48 AB's.

I the Marlins hooked David Robertson from the Mets.

I thought he might be a good get if we planned on trading Sewald to get Something we need.

Package of Woo or Miller plus MORE pitching thinks is all it would take to pry Arenado out of ST. Louis.
He is on the record as saying he will only wave the no-trade class for LA
Well there you go. Bummer, the Dodgers organization is just as bad as ours.
How is the dodgers organization just as bad as the
Mariners? Since hiring Friedman in 2015 47 playoff wins, three pennants, a WS title and the most regular season wins in MLB

Just asinine that this is even a rumor for this franchise masquerading as a poverty franchise that can't afford to just sign guys instead of trading good young starting pitching for mid bats.
