Regarding Hamas weapons, it seems to me that there is a mixture smuggled weapons and home-made manufacturing and improvisation. This fox and friends video makes a passing reference to the possibility that M3s came from Afghanistan. https://www.foxnews.com/video/6339128685112 But the main thrust of the report seems to be Iran, smuggling, tunnels, and using (repurposing, remanufacturing) international supplies sent for humanitarian purposes.
