It's one thing that Mariner ownership thought that Jorge Polanco was a better option at third than Alex Bregman, but that they also thought that Rowdy Tellez was a better option at first than Pete Alonso is mind-boggling. We would have a three- or four-game lead right now if we'd signed Alonso, which would have been incredibly easy for them.

Sadly I think Alonso got offers but was never leaving the Mets. He was waiting for them to do what they needed and he would wait. I can't believe we are Playing Polanco over Ford!!! Polanco has really gone down hill after a hott start and playing like he did last year hurt!!!! Ford can Dh and help out Cal!!!! Garver is given enough time and has done nothing with it!!!!! Polanco can get some spot starts against right handers once in a while!!!!
