How can ANYONE not like M*A*S*H? Best comedy show of all time. The final episode is still the highest watched television show (not counting Super Bowls) of all time. You're the first person I've ever heard say they didn't like it.
I'm guessing I was just too young to get the humor?
Guess so, but it still holds up remarkably well after all these years. There aren't a lot of time sensitive references other than the Korean War.

Humorous fact though - the actual Korean war lasted only 3 years, while M*A*S*H ran for 11 years.

I watch a few shows with my wife after dinner, and that is about it for me. So I definitely have never spent a lot of time with reruns of Mash.

The earliest comedies I remember watching are Gilligan's Island, the Munsters and Get Smart.

I liked that show as a kid. That Super 70 Sports guy on X always has posts about that show and he said he hated it. Did anyone else watch the waltons?
I was never able to watch it during it's broadcast time and it didn't seem to air much in syndication, unlike Little House on the Prairie which I liked.
Funny, I didn't much care for either one of them growing up. Didn't much care for Mash either. Can't really remember what I did like back then. Watched Gilligans's Island after school ever day, then it was outside to play some sport or ride bikes, etc. When you have three or four stations to chose from? You get more active.
Yeah MASH did nothing for me either. As a kid I watched Gilligan's Island, the Munster's, Beverly Hillbillies.

As and Adult, Seinfeld, The Office, King of Queens and the Andy Griffith show. Never watched a single episode of Friends.

I watched it as an adult. I got the humor but didn't find it funny. Seemed so contrived Never liked Alan Alda or really any of the characters. My most hated band is the Beach Boys which a lot of people love for some reason. Hate that whiny sound. Every song the same with different lyrics.

“I’ve heard a few other names as potential buyers, one who’s a limited partner in an NBA team. Steve Apostolopoulos, a Canadian billionaire, is one to consider—he did bid on the Commanders in 2023,” Breer added in his article.
Aposlolopoulos would make more sense to me to bet on than the names being bandied about. He actually tried to buy a football team recently

So the NFL has no restriction on foreign ownership?

I think the NFL is all about the money. Regardless of where it comes from.

I guess I'm the second person who never cared for M*A*S*H. I never liked Alan Alda.

And the canned laughter... ugh. Vomit.
