Gio vs. Geo game thread
Re: Gio vs. Geo game thread
Leo has played 26 games at 3B and 10 at SS this season. Colt had played 33 at SS and 5 at 3B this season so what do they do when JP gets hurt?

I just noticed that this morning too. What does Don Mattingly do that's different? Yell at them louder? It's just goofy how sometimes it works out that way.Donn Beach wrote: ↑Mon May 18, 2026 5:02 amPhillies are 15-4 since firing Rob Thomson... Just saying

Maybe they are humans with actual emotions and they realized their pathetic performance cost a man his job? I doubt it, but it should be the case. The managers get shit canned all the time because they follow the FO orders and the players suck ass. This team is pathetic, and it was constructed poorly, and that isn't on Wilson. He never should have been hired in the first place, and that is also not on Wilson.DavidGee24 wrote: ↑Mon May 18, 2026 2:21 pmI just noticed that this morning too. I personally think Julio needs someone every day to keep him from going full clown show by slapping some sense into him. He's back to hitting .138/.219/.276 over the last 7 games. FFS...

That's pretty damning. Tells us someone doesn't know his line-up very well.

I've been meaning to ask this for quite a while, and figured now's as good a time as any.Seattle or Bust wrote: ↑Mon May 18, 2026 3:29 pmExactly. They are humans. Why does Julio always do that little half skip/half jump when he catches balls in the outfield? It's so annoying, and I've seen it cost him dearly on a few errors in the outfield over his career. Does anyone here know why he does that move unnecessarily?
