Callis seems to think they could be active at the deadline
While Callis has a hard time seeing the Mariners trading Anderson or Sloan, he wouldn’t be surprised to see any of the prospects after them being dealt. That includes fellow MLB Pipeline top 100 members outfielder Lazaro Montes, second baseman/outfielder Michael Arroyo and outfielder Johnny Farmelo. It also includes names like shortstop Felnin Celesten, catcher Luke Stevenson, outfielder Yorger Bautista and shortstop Nick Becker

Another Bullshit yapper spewing diarrhea out of his mouth. Who is he trading these prospect for and who are these guys we trade for going to replace??? Funny how they NEVER mention that part.

Here is the most ironic thing about the M's this season....they are not taking advantage of how crappy the rest of the AL is..... the AL, before Wed's games, had 5 teams at .500 or above....the NL only has 4 teams below .500

With that in mind, who are we trading with?

On the other hand, for as crappy as they are playing they are only a game and a half off the division lead

I think the Mariners go after back end of BP.

but who is going to give that up? Back-end arms are going to be needed for anyone in the race, so the cost will be EXPENSIVE!!

Brash is being activated, Speier should be too. That's going to fill out their back end

2 back and in 3rd place. A's pitching isn't great but they just lost a game their starter had a no hitter going in the 9th and would be three back if he had just held onto the lead.

And currently there are only a handful of sellers in each league....

And there are no position players (already will have too many when Donovan is back) that can or should be replaced and obviously have too many starters. This is the team that needs to get its shit together.
