New Rainier RFer Jaycob Brugman has already homered for his new team. Doesn't matter because the El Paso Chihuahuas are leading 15-3 in the 7th.
Sheffield got shellacked in his 2.2 innings. 6 hits (a HR), 7 earned runs, 5 walks. Rumblelow pitched like crap, too.
3B Tim Lopes provided some entertainment with 3 errors (so far).

Boog Powell with 2 hits and 2 BB's for El Paso. Dillon Overton has pitched solidly for 7 innings against the M's who DFA'd him in June of '17.

Game was so lopsided that Tacoma catcher David Sheaffer came in to pitch the 8th. He gave up 7 hits, 8 runs (7 earned), 2 homers. In fact, he pitched to a Chihuahua cycle - 2 singles, 2 doubles a triple and 2 HR's. Oh, poor guy only recorded 1 out before he got relieved by 1B Kris Negron. They just switched positions.
And finally in that 8th inning to forget, Tim Lopes committed his 4th error of the game .

Many are beginning to see Lewis as veering off course to bust-ville. Hope he finds another gear and starts showing he's better than what he is currently doing.

I was going to say you need a rose-colored Hubble Telescope to see Lewis in the major leagues at this point.

His ERA has more than doubled from 2.56 to 5.15 this season. Brutal.
