Re: OT Bitcoin, Blockchain and Cryptocurrency
If I ever get interested in commerce, maybe I'll think it over. I am just an old man who lives to write my next poem. I struggle in tears about money and face terrible lifelong injury from predators, but I also know old people whose finances got too confusing and it led to trouble they cannot manage.

When these things start moving, they go fast. Not trying to beat a dead horse, but there's a lot of money to be made out there.
Up almost 30% today on the one I posted earlier.

Think you're late to the game on Bitcoin and blockchain tech?
In my opinion, it will be one of the most highly valued and appreciating assets, ever.
Many people have seen it go from pennies to dollars to hundreds to thousands of dollars to tens of thousands of dollars. BUT, just because you're late to the party doesn't mean you're TOO late.
For reference, the entire crypto market (for which there are currently 6,459 different projects) has a market cap of $371B.
Apple alone has a market cap of 1.9T.
If you could go back to when Apple, Amazon, Google were among the thousands of tech companies and the entire market was 1/5th of what Apple alone is, would you buy in?
10 or 20 years from now you'll look back on what you missed in blockchain just like missing out on tech the first time around.
A "coin" or "token" is basically buying a stock in a company and projects are just now making names for themselves on blockchain like Amazon and eBay once did.

Re: OT Bitcoin, Blockchain and Cryptocurrency
Have moved profits from LINK and others into new projects. I expect this current market to continue to grow over the next 1.5-2 years.
Still have major positions in the projects I posted at the beginning of this thread, but as they go up 500% and 1000%, have sold off some gains and moved to new projects for the next 1000%.
Some absolute monsters have joined the scene.
Many of these I believe will make similar moves as the LINK $1.75 to $20 in 3 months type of moves.
*Not investment advice, do your own research.
Re: OT Bitcoin, Blockchain and Cryptocurrency
SWIPE ($SXP) is the final new project I've added, not pictured, currently at $3.10
Still some great entry points after the covid halving, not everything has started moving again yet.

Re: OT Bitcoin, Blockchain and Cryptocurrency
Polkadot is the first of the new projects to double up since I bought in.
Sell off half after they double- in this case, 5 days- and let the remaining half ride the next few years.

Still cheap.
Your grandkids will say, "Remember how Grandpa says he could have bought Bitcoin under $20k?"

Re: OT Bitcoin, Blockchain and Cryptocurrency
I've made everything back in the last 20 days. I was down 50%. Just before the election,, I invested heavily in clean energy and EV stocks such as PLTR, WKHS, VVPR, and XPEV. Wish I could've put something into Bitcoin recently. This is my first year of trading and I'm dead even 8 months in.

A lot of people would very happy to be even after their first 8 months. Myself included. I got killed on a covered calls strategy when I first started back in 1998. But I kept at it and ended up make several hundred k in the internet teck boom from Sept 1999 to Spring 2000. When I sold my house in May I put in $25k in my trading account. Took a bad $10k loss on a company that got bad FDA news dropping my down to about $14k but now I am back up $34k so $9k in the green and up about 143% from the low.Sexymarinersfan wrote: ↑Sun Nov 29, 2020 10:44 amI've made everything back in the last 20 days. I buy good companies on profit taking dips and bad days in the market or if they are over sold on minor bad news. Working pretty well as they usually snap back to recent highs with in a few days. If they don't, then I don't mind holding because they are good companies.
